To perform technical laboratory diagnostic study of cells of the human body to detect evidence of cancerous and precancerous cellular changes and other abnormal conditions
Responsible for the cytologic studies of specimens and for the initial screening and reporting of normal GYN cases, referring all abnormal cases for pathology review. May read Non-GYN and report the findings to the pathologists for final review and reporting. Promotes quality relations and creates supportive climate by serving as a role model. Account Executives are tasked with developing new growth opportunities within a specific territory. AE’s are usually the first line of representation to Clinical Pathology Laboratories. Each representative must work in concert with each department of the laboratory to effectively transition new business into the company. After a period of time, AE’s will assist in the transition of new business opportunities into the main stream of clients serviced by Account Service Representatives.
It is imperative that each Account Executive cultivate new business opportunities. Each opportunity shall be transitioned into CPL through proper procedures, paperwork, and communication.

This position contributes to Clinical Pathology Laboratories success by assisting the regional manager in executing the operations of the laboratory. This job assists and supervises a team of employees that may include phlebotomists, laboratory technologists, laboratory assistants, couriers, processors, data entry, and department supervisors to create and maintain excellent service for our clients and patients.
